Shipping & Delivery

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.99 per order.

For orders over 150.00 EUR we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to other EU countries + Switzerland:

We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.90 per order.

We charge shipping costs to Switzerland of CHF 19.90 per order (including customs clearance).

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
